Apsara Residency Policies

The following are the terms and conditions under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guests:

Check-out time is 11:30 AM. Please strictly follow the check-out time to avoid these charges:
- 11:30 AM – 01:30 PM: Free of charge and subject to availability.
- 01:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Half the room rent and subject to availability.
- After 04:00 PM: Full rent and subject to availability.
Please provide valid government photo ID proof of all guests at check-in.
Rent must be paid in advance. If the stay is extended, payment must be made before 12 PM.
The management reserves the right to enter the room and move guest belongings to another room if payment is not made on time.
Visitors are not allowed. Rooms can only be used by registered guests with valid identity documents.
Guests must wear proper clothes in public areas of the hotel.
Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
Alcohol consumption in the room or premises is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate eviction.
Guests will be charged for any lost or damaged items upon check-out.
Rooms cannot be booked by couples under the age of 21.
Drying clothes on the veranda is not permitted.

Management Rights

Guests may be asked to vacate the room if their behavior causes inconvenience to the management or other guests.
Any intentional destruction or damage will result in immediate eviction and charges for repairs or replacements.
